What Causes Cellulite?

women, cellulite is concentrated around the middle – the hips, thighs,

giving you a smoother, more youthful appearance and disguising the cellulite
better. Further, it promotes an increase in muscle and a reduction in excess
fat. Diet can be an important factor when it comes to battling cellulite and
preventing the formation of new cellulite. Getting enough water, avoiding
caffeine and nicotine, and increasing the amount of high-fiber, low-fat
foods in your diet will offer both fast relief and lasting changes.
