Fat Cellulite - Get Rid of It Now!
Fat, cellulite bumps and bulges – these are the byproducts of a lifestyle
out of whack.
If that describes your hips, thighs and buttocks, you may be tempted to just
throw on extra layers of clothing all year long, or never let anyone see you
naked. Do not despair. There are ways to deal with fat cellulite and other
body issues, so that you can go out and enjoy the life you envision, even if
that includes donning a bikini.
Step one is a detoxification diet. This will create an atmosphere for you
body that encourages weight loss, fat loss and muscle growth. It resets your
digestive system. It tells your body, today is a new day and I am tackling
my fat and cellulite problem head-on.
Give up on black tea, coffee and alcohol. Eat mostly fresh fruits and
vegetables. Look for foods that are high in fiber. Vitamins and minerals are
also important. Getting a variety of these through natural sources will
encourage the breakdown of fats stored in those unsightly cellulite cells.

Use less fat as you prepare your meals, by using chicken stock and lemon
juice to garnish vegetables, for instance. Watch how much salt you use. Too
much salt will encourage fluid retention and slow down your body’s ability
to detoxify naturally. Use herbs and spices to create meals that are
exciting and tasty. A too-bland diet will be difficult to stick to, and you
risk slipping into old habits.
Reduce the amount of fat overall in your diet. Choose lean cuts of meat, or
better yet, fish and poultry. These have fewer chemicals in the meat, and
some fish is high in omega-3 fatty acids. This is the “good fat” your body
actually needs. It can be processed, used and the excess eliminated much
more efficiently than saturated fats. Snack foods and convenience foods are
notoriously high in saturated fats, sugars and salt. These should be
eliminated altogether during a detoxification diet and avoided in the months
after.
Lactose and sugar are also to be avoided on a detoxification diet for fat
and cellulite loss. These contribute to the creation of fat-storage cells,
weight gain, adipose tissue, and consequently, cellulite.
While you detoxify, it is very important to get a lot of fluids. If you’re
eating properly, much of this liquid will be found in the fruits and
vegetables that form the core of your meals. Ensure that you eat many small
meals during the day so that you never feel starved, and have water with
each meal. Drink water when you feel you want a snack. You must keep your
enzymes in balance, your stored toxins and waste products flushed, and your
body’s fluid levels appropriate to tackle fat cellulite and other body
shaping issues.
